AI advice for organisations that have to get it right.

I help organisations understand where AI can create value, where it introduces risk, and how to adopt it in a way that fits their context.

My advice is grounded in environments where governance, procurement, stakeholder confidence and operational realities matter. Much of my experience comes from healthcare, public sector and third sector organisations, but the same principles apply wherever AI needs to be implemented responsibly.

Why my work is different

AI advice should fit the organisation, not the other way around.

Effective advice has to account for governance, procurement, information rights, public trust, variable digital maturity and the tools already available inside the organisation.

01

Existing platforms

I help you work out what your current Microsoft, cloud or enterprise tools can genuinely do before buying, scaling or replacing them.

02

Governance appetite

I can support cautious, highly governed environments as well as organisations ready to move faster, adapting the level of assurance to the decision being made.

03

Procurement and assurance

I compare AI options across cost, data governance, ethical considerations, standards, deployment model and supportability.

04

Non-AI alternatives

I will not recommend an LLM where simpler automation, deterministic logic or better process design would solve the problem more safely and cheaply.

Recent AI work

Practical work across AI strategy, governance and adoption.

Readiness and demand

Stakeholder mapping, communities of practice, staff surveys and use-case discovery and triage.

Policy and governance

AI policies, acceptable use guidance, evaluation criteria and risk review processes.

Copilot and enterprise AI

Tier comparisons, rollout support, agent governance and practical guidance for users.

Model evaluation and deployment assessment

Comparing LLMs, enterprise platforms and API options across cost, performance and governance.
